Hey ya'll, got a question again. I just recieved mynew V&H big radius 2in2, but WTF is up with the Master Break Cylinder cover. I'm seriously about to break something. Is there some kind of trick to installing it? It's like the part of the cyliner on top where one of the tubes comes out is blocking me from getting the bolts in. If you know any good tricks or help at all it would be appriciated.

Had the same issue with the twin staggard... stupid brake cylinder cover would not line up... I just did not use it!

YUP I also got the V&H slash cut pipes and the cover doesn't go on like you think it does if i go to my brothers house today i will take a picture.

Put mine on yesterday with the twin staggereds no problems I'll snap a pic in the morning. I took the two bolts out from the bottom of bracket slid master cylinder guard on, bolted er back together

Thats what i was trying to remember the 2 bolts on the bottom!

when you put it on the open end points toward you and the cover goes between the two silver bolts and the foot peg bracket.

I had to open mine up a little bit (bent it slightly) to get it to fit over the cylinder. I bent it too much the first time, once it sits right, you can tell, its a perfect fit.

Do any of you have a picture of the spacer for the right peg, and did any of you use it?

I have no pictures, but I don't think it's possible not use the spacers. The pipes come out quite a bit, you'll even notice them on your calf.

I may have to try bending it a little then cause everything I tried didn't work. I eventually said eff it till after Daytona.

Funny, because I don't remember having much trouble with that part of the install, and I'm no mechanic. I wish I could be more helpful, but I can tell you you will need to use the spacer which extends the controls out a little bit from the bike. I don't recall having to "bend" anything to get it on the bike. Good luck with it.

Same here. At first i was having trouble and then i realized i was trying to install the cover upside down. i guess i had a blonde moment.
