Would it be hard to put a gas tank from a Vstar 1300 onto the Stryker? I'll tell you what after the exhaust and programmer I get no mileage anymore. Wonder if a new intake would help get back some mpg.

What programmer are you using? I have the Bully from G-Man with full exhaust and intake and get 35-42 mpg depending on my riding style.

I also have an intake, exhaust and Cobra auto tuner and my milage is still about 43 mpg.

I have been wondering the same thing, my son has a the 1300 v-star but since I ride one up I chose the cheaper route and am adding a 4 gallon auxiliary tank. I get about 35 in town due to jumping on it most of the time. But highway I get about 47-53 mpg loaded down. That should give me about 350 miles without running dry.
