Vibration reduction using products like the Vibranator or Bar Snake

Does anyone have experience with these products, or other products designed to reduce or eliminate the handlebar vibration? Any input would be appreciated! :)

Honestly? They really work that well?
I figured having a numb throttle hand was just something I was going to have to get used to.
If they really make that much difference then I'll be putting a set of them on my list of things to get soon!
