Its.. 40 degrees outside and i just think i can get back home before the rain hits... no i was wrong very wrong... i had on the appropriate clothing for 45 degree riding but not when it starts pouring down rain... so 15 miles in pouring down 40 degree weather.... yah that wasnt fun. i made it though. theres atleast that.

Haha, been there bro, numerous times unfortunately. Worst ride ever was nothing but a ride home from work which is usually an hour ride, took almost 2 and a half hours. Got caught up in a really bad thunderstorm and was too afraid to stop and even put my feet on the ground b/c the lightning was striking so close on the side of the road I thought I was going to go deaf! Haha, long ride at a slow pace, but I made it home. Since then, I try to watch the weather channerl. Glad you made it home safe though brother.

On my road trip back in June riding through South Dakota got caught in rain & pea size hail for about 15 miles until we found a place to pull into...had rain gear on but that didn't help with the hail

**** that sucks. My bike doesn’t even know what water is! I’ve never even washed it, only used Honda polish cleaner when I clean it. Different world out there in Arkansas I know..
FYI Johnnie I filmed a concert out in Little Rock’s Barton Coliseum back in ’95, love the area!

yah and i say that was the worst.. when i remember riding through 2 to 3 feet of water on a 1995 sportster.
