I was playing with photoshop and toying around the idea of heat wraps on a cobra just for fun. What do you guys think?

I dont dig heat wraps personally..... I think heat wraps is for a more rugged looking bike that looks grimy??? Mad Max type of ride if u know what i mean

Looks dirty and if they bikes is being pieced together with whatever parts are lying in the scrap yard.

Not a big fan of the heat wraps on our style bikes. Now on a ratted out Bobber, I'm all for them.

I like it. I know that if my lucky retirement number ever hits, my plan is to repaint the bike flat black, add Joker Machine pegs and shift/brake knobs, either mini apes or drag bars and get rid of all chrome. But that's just me...

This is exactly why I love photoshop. Never again do I have to waste money on an idea without knowing how it'll look.

Being a fan of heat wraps, I personally thought the idea looked really cool in my head. But after putting this together, I was slightly disappointed with the results...

that's what's great about both Photoshop and this forum, you can draw out an idea and make a decission before dropping the money! if you are counting votes; no on the wraps.

I am just curious, what is it that most of you don't like? Is the the heat wrap in general? Is it the heat wrap on the black? Everyone seems to l like the Diego Sanchez Stryker, and it has heat wrap. Is it that you don't think it looks right on the Cobra swepts? Just wondering.. I am in the minority, and I think it looks good.

yeah, it just looks gay on the Cobras....they just look to skinny and it just doesn't have the same look as on the V&H

Not a fan of them myself for the reasons above. It looks scrappy on a bike with clean beautiful lines.
