Toby, as far as the lag, I agree, I find that the more I ride the less I notice it. I also believe it is operator error!

As for the things not liked, I don't know of any stock bike from any manufacturer which doesn't have things I would not change or I just plain old don't like. As for the Stryker, I just love my **** bike!!!!!

Way too short kick stand. Constantly waiting for my bike to keel over. What ever became of good old fashioned center stands?

This may seem weird to some, but I like the pipes. Yeah, the bike has a whine instead of a rumble but it has a short stroke and overhead cam and it's water cooled so it is inherently quieter. I've had more compliments on this bike than any other I've ever had. People at stop lights ask me questions about the bike or give me the "thumbs up". So far no one has waved at me with their middle finger. That is a GOOD sign.

After thinking about it the only flaw I think is the bubble to check the oil. It is located on the left side in a position which is difficult for one to check. This is the only thing I am really upset about.
