Hello all,
Just picked up the Stryker last night and noticed the front wheel had a decent size scrape in it. I got the dealer to agree to repainting it as I couldn't wait around another night to get a different one installed. I can't exactly tell if they're powder coated or painted and was wondering if someone could enlighten me so I know where to take it to. Thanks!

Pretty sure they are powder coated. They don't chip. My opinion only.
I had something fly into one of mine and put a decent size chip on it, enough to bother me, had it repaired when it was in for paint, cost me like 50 extra, not sure how they did it, didn't ask but it looks like new

I was kind of wondering about the durability of the paint and was going to give it one riding season in Montucky to see how it holds up. I figured I'd probably powder coat them next winter if the season proves unsatisfactory to the paint holding up but it sounds like it comes off pretty easily unless you have roads more decent than ours, which doesn't take much.
