New posts are now taxed at a different higher rate, so they are a bit harder to find. They are hiding from the IPS, Internal Post Service.

The number of new posts that can be legally shown in the 'new post browser' has been reduced by presidential decree. Too many posts loaded in the 'new post browser' have been found to be dangerous and detrimental in the wrong hands. The new, smaller 'new post browser' means safety for all. I thought its, if read a post then exit out of the site when you come back in and there has been no new replies then you don't show it until someone does post something.

You can still click on show unread posts since last visit. It's not really the same, but it does work...
