I ordered a Boulevard Midnight windshield for my Stryker. It's back ordered, apparently forever. Can't even get an ETA. I have to wait until July for hte Cruiselit bags but can deal with that.

Anyone know if the boulevard for other Yammi bikes will fit the Stryker?

Don't know about that, but I do know the Boulevard Windshield in Midnight black from Star is in backorder nationally.

Yeah and the cruiselite bags are backordered until July. Yamaha won't even give the dealer an ETA on the shield!

i believe the raider has wider forks, because i was trying to figure out if the raider batwing fairing would fit so i went to the dealer and the forks appear to be significantly wider............

I'm not so sure the windshields on the Raider will work on the Stryker. I'm finding less and less in common with the two bikes the more I get to know the Stryker. I believe I tried the Stryker boulevard brackets on my Raider and they do not fit.

My dealer just called and told me the sheild was in. Yamaha's inventory system must give projected dates based as if it's for a new order, rather than dates based on wether they have been allocated to the existing order. That's the only thing I can think of that would explain a promise date being off for over a month.

Sorry, my job partially involves logisitics and inventory control....

Called yamaha today and my windshield shipped from georga last friday to my local dealer , yamaha is meeting backorders first then they will stock the shevles with inventory.
I ordered about 3 weeks ago.
Hopefully it will be in my hands Friday.

I'm surprised at the big difference that little bit of shield made. Took almost all pressure of my chest, and stopped the pushing back of the helmet.

Hey Big Daddy - how hard do you think it would be to take the windshield out of the brackets and have them painted or tinted black? I have been looking high and low for some type of fairing and the only thing I can find (outside of what Yamaha offers) is the bullet fairing from Memphis Shades. Now that I've seen a pic of the Yamaha windshield on your bike (looks nice by the way) I'm thinking that could work for me if I could get the windscreen black. Thanks!

I have. A like new condition boulevard windshield it's clear. Not midnight. All parts perfect. Had a stryker with 650 miles on it. Dressed it up with some extras on my stryker and not I just bought the raider. Parts don't fit so I would like to sell them. Make offer.

By the way the cruiselit bags for the raider are the exact same. They are the ones I put on my bike and they look perfect. A lot of raider parts will fit the stryker.
