How has everyones experience with www.phatperformanceparts.com been?

It has been a few years since I ordered anything from them, but when I did they were very decent to deal with. Lets see how they handle my backordered Vance and Hines exhaust

I just ordered a set of pipes from them. I was also going to order a Cobra auto tuner as well, but it was backordered. They had the best prices I could find online plus a 5% coupon code for orders over $300. I have to say, I'm really impressed with their customer service. They are quick to repond to emails and notified me of the backordered parts.

I live in Lethbridge, AB Canada and with the postal strike they were willing to ship Fedex instead of USPS, but only to a valid business address.

I'd definitely recommend them!

Great compnany, I have ordered my pipes and tuner from them. The tuner is on backorder, but that isn't their fault cobra is dragging their feet....lol...

I also ordered my pipes and tuner through them. Good prices, free shipping, fast response to questions. I am very happy with them. They seem to have a good repore with many of the aftermaket manufacturers which helps them get things faster.

Well, I ordered my cobra swepts from them. The price was great shipping was fast. However, there was a small scratch on the heat shield when my mechanic unpacked the pipes. I told him to go ahead and install the pipes and I'd contact Phat and see bout getting another heat shield. My impatience was my own undoing. They will not replace the heat shield since I already installed the pipes. They say that they cant be certain the pipe wasnt scratched while being installed. I completely understand where they are coming from. The guy I dealt with gave the name of their Cobra rep and suggested I call them direct to see if they will just send me a replacement heat shield. So, I would order from them again but make sure everything looked good before I installed it.

still waiting for my pipes. its been over 2 months, cobra has not released them yet. i dont know how much longer i can take this with my girlfriends bike louder than mine....

I ordered the Cobra Dragsters too! Cobra said they would DEFINITELY be released yesterday(6/30/11)! They've been saying, "next week" for the past month. Piss poor customer service if you ask me. I'm cancelling my order!!!

Hi All: Was speaking to a supplier of all motorcycle parts from companies such as Cobra, Vance and Hines etc. on Friday. Took the day off and went for a nice ride and ended up at where I order most my parts from and he told me some interesting stuff. There are no parts out there or very few. ??? That is why your not receiving your parts. He actually was telling me how many cobra exhaust and the new cobra air intakes there were available. He went on his computer and said there are 3 intakes available in black and how many exhaust were available etc. Sorry didn't really pay attention to the numbers, but I do believe he said the exhausts were slated sometime in August. Basically this is how it works everyone gets there supplies from parts unlimited in the States or in Canada parts Canada. Its basically a distribution center that decides how many parts go to which state or province. Then where ever you order your parts from order them from one either parts unlimited or parts Canada. If you want to see what parts are distributed by them go to the links below. You can view the stuff but only retailers can order it.

You got to love the business that tell you the truth and just don't take a order and keep telling you any day now, any day now. Hope this helps.
