Do these cruiselite bags just 'rest' against the bag support bars or do they attach by velcroe straps or other tie downs to keep them from 'flapping' against the support bars at speed?

The bags have brackets that fit securely over the lower part of the support bars. Plus there are straps that are secured over the fender under the seat.

Yeah I knew that they had a strap that went under the seat but didn't know about the lower bracket. Thanks for the info.

Is there any worry about the strap on these bags rubbing on the fender and damaging and damaging the paint?
