Seen a guy that just bought a brand new V-Rod. You guys said Yamaha does a good job at making our bikes quiet... I've heard scooters louder than this V-Rod. The guy was trying to pull off the bad a$$ biker look, when he took off this older guy looked at him then over to me and shook his head and laughed.

Exactly people posted that they did a good job at making ours quiet, H-D had it beat. Ours sound better stock than a V-Rod..... : sarcasm will soon be a lost art form with everyone chatting online

Side note I stopped at local H-D deale looking for warmer gloves and rain gear, parked my bike by the front door, boy you should have seen all the people stare at me when I left. It was like being drunk in church lmao

My wife and I rode to Townsend and then across the Foothill Parkway to 129 (the beginning of the dragon coming from TN) and we stopped at the Harley shop / gas station. As we were pulling in we got the attention of several other bikers. We started taking our helmets and jackets off and a guy in full leathers came up to us and said "that is a bad ass bike what Harley model is that" I looked at him and said proudly that this bike is a Yamaha Stryker. His only response was "OH" and he turned and walked away. We got a few good laughs out of that one.
